Ashley Bridge

Ashley Bridge

Ashley launched the business in February 2017, identifying a gap within the market for a mix of traditional high street and online estate agency. Ashley has 19+ years of experience behind him within the industry, having worked in senior and management roles for local competitors. Agent Hybrid has fast become a recognised brand locally adopting a personal, non-conventional and intuitive approach to modern estate agency. Ashley is very much a ‘working owner’ and is involved with every aspect of the business alongside his team and he prides himself on a high level of customer service, with much of the continued business coming from word of mouth. Ashley plans to quickly expand Agent Hybrid into other nearby towns into 2023 and beyond.

James Armsby

James Armsby

James joined Agent Hybrid in 2018, having worked with Ashley at his former estate agency. He brings 12+ years of experience with him. Some would say James and Ashley are joined at the hip, having worked together since they were 18 years old in another industry. A long-term friendship and working relationship have embedded James to become a key asset and important member of the team.

Yasemin Akan

Yasemin Akan

Yasemin joined Agent Hybrid in 2020 and is a key member of the team. Both her position and her as an individual are invaluable to the business. She holds the most challenging position within the company, protecting the sales pipeline and providing a high level of communication to all clients involved. Yasemin is always on hand to offer key support to all areas of the business.
